Garlic Parsley & Lemon Prawns
- 1kg king or queen prawns (deveined)
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup Garlic Man Lemon Juice
- 1/2 cup Garlic Man Garlic and Parsley Butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Cut the prawns in half lengthwise, season with salt and pepper and set aside.
Brush a grill pan with olive oil and place on medium heat. In a saucepan, heat garlic and parsley butter until almost melted, stir in the olive oil and lemon juice.
Cook the prawns shell side up for approximately 1 minute and turn them over. Spoon some of the sauce over the meaty side of the prawns and continue grilling for 1 – 2 minutes.
Transfer the prawns to a serving dish and pour the remaining sauce over. Serve with rice or chips and salad.
