Grilled Chicken Tikka


  • 750g chicken fillet, cubed
  • 500g plain yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup Garlic Man Lemon Juice
  • 2 Tbsp Garlic Man Chicken Tikka Paste

In a large bowl, mix together chicken fillets, yoghurt, lemon juice and chicken tikka paste. Allow to marinate for 3–4 hours.

Skewer chicken pieces and place on the braai or grill. Baste with oil and turn frequently until cooked through and nicely browned.

Serve with naan bread or rice and salads.
